1995
Founded primarily as a lighting components assembly business.
1997
Purchased by its current owner, Jeffrey Poulin, S&B rapidly expanded its customer base and capabilities.
2000
Incorporated as S&B Packaging, Inc.
2002
Acquired ABC Production, added five major customers, expanded capabilities to include fulfillment and database management.
2003
Acquired R&R Packaging, added three major customers, expanded S&B’s presence in the manufacturing sector.
2005
Purchased several new fully automated machines to improve production and increase cost efficiency.
2008
Moved into a 45,000 sq ft building with a fenced yard and 16 dock doors.
2012
Began building full pallet displays for several large manufacuters that end up in Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, CVS, Sam’s, Costco and more.
2016
Moved into a 265,000 sq ft building. Began offering warehousing work and 3pl services.
2019
Moved into a 350,000 sq ft building. With 45 dock doors and a secure yard.
2021
Opened a second location in Byhalia MS. 150,000 sq ft.
2023
Opened a third location in Olive Branch MS. 100,000 sq ft. Now operating out of 600,000 sq ft total.
